Only complaint was missing bolt & several nuts but that is to be expected. Reading the other reviews helped a lot and they were right about the color. It is not a burnt orange but more the color of a terracotta clay pot. Very sturdy and the cushions are firm & look like they will last. Used scotchguard fabric protector even though it is under a covered patio. Ordered Pottery Barn pillows & it really looks like the whole sectional came from Pottery Barn. Saved several thousand dollars by ordering it at Walmart.
