I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE AND MY KIDS LOVE IT AND I DO AS WELL
I bought this for my 7 year old who is tiny (36 pounds). She has been begging me to get her one because the 5 point harness is to tight on her regular forward facing car seat. It is really nice that its for 30 pounds and up. The side bumps (sorry not sure what to call them) keep her in place better than the flat seats for 40 pound and up kids. Her only complaint is that the cup holder is on the left side and it can not be used because it's on the same side of the door. I probably would not have put her in it at 30 pounds because I'm paranoid and prefer the 5 point harness, but it suits her well now that she's taller and a lot older.
bought these for my grandchildren..they love them..they are very sturdy...great price
