I had no problem with my new exercise bike and it was tall enough for me I'm 5'9 and I can adjust it also and I love it
The main problem is that the "so called" exercise computer is cheap. It is nor programmable since you cannot change the KM to miles. Also, when it comes to assembly, the instructions were translated poorly and hard to follow. Luckily, my wife and I were to assemble it by using a little common sense. If these items were addressed, we would have given it all "likes".

The pedal on the left leg is bad
Very disappointed even though it looked nice. This exercise bike is too small. It is suitable for a very short legged adult or child. I am 5ft 6 in and it was way too small for me.
Arrived damaged. Poor paint job, with shards of metal sticking out - hazard. Warped metal and warped plastic wheel. Handle bar Stck and can't be adjusted. Called Costway. 1st time: 40$ refund- NO. 2nd time 80$ refund ply I need to locate a repairman for the bike-NO! I had to threaten a credit card dispute to get my money back. Can't use the bike at all. Waste of time and money.

very cheap fabrication, Kids size but said 300lbs, its more 90 lbs . and you have a piece with à screw in front but it only à décoration i guess , fake product représentation loss my time with this bike
Was a reassembled box and the handlebars are missing. Clearly from a return.
DO NOT BUY! This bike was easy to assemble however due to the fact that is poorly built. You get less than what you pay for. The bolts on my bike were horrible and a big safety concern. On top of that, they are refusing to return the item!! They asked me to wrap tape around the bolt and to accept a $15 refund.
