I ordered this item because I thought it would go nicely with my furniture and decor, the price was great and I was excited to get it. After waiting approx two weeks, I received a message that it had been shipped but was late...then a couple of days later I received another message that it had been lost or damaged in the shipping process and that they were automatically crediting me back what I paid, which is fine, however I was given no option of whether I would like to request another one to be sent. By that time I simply did not have the time to bother with the whole process again considering my very busy schedule. I'm sure it would be a lovely part of someone's home decor if they get it.
