Terrific quality
Everything was shipped in good order, very little assemply needed and works great.
very nice and dependable grill. I like its casting burners, still very stable flame after 3.5 years of use, you just ignite and go.
Works great
Nice grill, made out of 304 stainless steel. very even heat distribution.
Looks classy in black with white lettering. Just wish it was a tad longer to cover the entire front of grill and maybe with a "bungie" type strap to keep in in place when the winds blow - like they do here in Coastal South Carolina
I purchased this grill in January. I will admit that I finally settled on this grill because of the 304 stainless steel construction. I live in the PNW and my last (much lower quality) grill was eaten alive by the air over the years. I finally got it installed in March. Immediately I started having trouble with getting a clean flame once the grill was hot: large orange flames, sputtering. I contacted BQGuys customer support and they were great. Did everything they could including videos related to adjusting air vents to regulate the mixture of air and fuel. Unfortunately the burners on this model have no such air vent to adjust. BBQguys referred me to Coyote Support, and they responded right away saying they'd send new burners and said they'd made some adjustments to the design. I finally got the new burners (2 months later) and they are identical to the original burners. I installed them but the results are the same. All in all I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase and expected a lot more from a grill of this price.
Literally, I can't. I have the burn scars to prove it. Sadly, my burn(s) aren't even from the inside of the grill, as that may point to user error. The grill gets hot, and quick. The only problem is that everything on the grill (inside and outside), gets as hot as the internal grilling area. Light button: 500 degrees. Knobs: 500 degrees. Even the doors are hot. It's a liability. As far as the grill itself (assuming you wanted to grill INSIDE, and not on the exterior, as both would be technically possible), it heats very unevenly. Poor quality, poor engineering, huge hazard, huge waste of money.
