I ordered this for my husband and he likes it.
Recd the item well before the expected date. We used the steam inhaler and it is working wonderful. We like it.
I love have two different options with this.Easy enough to change my self care buddy (my 5yr old) does it. Fantastic as a reg humidifer, but our fav use so far is the steam inhaler which has been a life saver during spring allergies
I've had this for about a year now and used the humidifier feature today was the first time I tried the inhaler and I feel so much better I highly recommend this product
Don't do it. It is a pain to clean. The plastic parts look burnt despite routine maintenance. It leaks and the water tank plastic is not sturdy. The first crack appeared on the handle part so it was still useable. The second crack then happened around the steam tunnel which made it unusable. The item was never dropped, cleaned routinely, and used according to all instructions.
Unit broke already. Will not be buying that brand again
I bought this humidifier a month ago. Now, after about 25 nights of use, the red light comes on when I try to turn it on. The water container is full and is properly installed on the base. It appears to be a problem with a sensor that detects whether the water container is present. Crane seems to have pursued a needlessly complicated solution to a very simple problem and quality suffers.
So I was gifted this from my mom abs I was very disappointment the first time I used the steam in haler it melted. Then after 3-4 uses of the humidifier the plastic around the holder melted. I honestly am so sad cause I have wanted one of this so badly to help with sinuses. I though it was just something that'll come clean then I realize I was wrong it's melted glue of where the holders are glued on causing the plastic to melt all over well using don't buy unless inhaling melting plastic is what you want
I'm a Retired CMA. I have worked Peds (newborns -17 yrs) %26 (Adults - Elderly) Don't buy this unit. It Dies or Breaks in a few uses. Plus, it only has 2 settings (Low %26 High). ALWAYS... Either check with your Dr's Staff, other adults of all ages, other mother's %26 even nannies for the best unit to buy %26 which to avoid. I hope this information helps others. Someone else happen to give this unit to me as a gift, only after my 1980's Humidifier finally died. Nothing lasts like the well made older units did. Well my old unit lasted well over 30 yrs, so I have no complaints on my old unit.
Doesn't work very well and had trouble figuring it out in general and when did it isnt working like it should.
