This humidifier is just what my family needed. It does everything! Warm mist, cool mist, nightlight, different modes and settings. I love that I can control how much mist is coming out to meet our needs. This is the most high end humidifier we've ever owned and it keeps a sleek profile in our bedroom which I love. It's also pretty quiet, doesn't disturb my husband, my infant or myself while sleeping. The remote control is a game changer too. I love how that makes quick changes possible from anywhere in the room. This is perfect for every family, highly recommend.
This product fixed everything I was feeling bad for, bloody nose, stuffy nose and dry skin. My husband has not been coughing like he was. We set it up in the living room and let it run all day. I suggested this for my mother who coughs at night so I hope if fixes her issues. I purchased 3 other brands and sent them all back, this is the keeper.
This humidifier has a lot of features, and all can be controlled with a remote. The most valuable features for me were the ability to set a humidity level that the machine keeps the room maintained at, the ability to switch from warm to cool mist, and that you can turn on an ionizer and a UV light (which all help with sanitizing the air in the humidifier). You can also put into “nighttime mode” so lights don't disturb your sleep. But my real favorite thing is the top fill water fill- unlike other humidifiers (including many of cranes), you cannot get into the place where the water sits and clean it very thoroughly. With the top fill, it is very easy to open the whole machine and clean it all out. The mist shoots out very high into the air also, which is great because I feel like it doesn't end up puddling as much as other humidifiers. It is a little on the larger side... you definitely need a big space to place it. My family really needs humidifiers in every bedroom since my kids get nosebleeds often from dry air, so it's space we are willing to make, but it's a good thing to keep in mind! It's a pretty sleek design, so at least it looks kinda cool in your room.
Price was right, item arrived in a satisfactory time frame %26 in working condition. I ordered the same product prior to this order on eBay %26 was disappointed greatly!
I have been using this for a couple weeks now and it is absolutely the best humidifier we have ever had! We live in Alaska and must have the heat on all day which makes the air dry and this humidifier has helped bring humidity as well as sanitizing the air! My favorite feature is the "auto" mode -- it senses the temperature of the room and the humidity level and will adjust the output to optimum humidity level (which is set at 45%). No more guessing how high or low to set the humidifier! I also love how modern and sleek it looks! It fits in with any decor! I have had it in my toddler's room and out in our living room (larger room) and it performs well! Crane has truly outdone themselves with this humidifier! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
This humidifier is amazing. I also have the Crane Droplet Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier that works well, but this Digital Top Fill Warm/Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier is truly a step up. 1. It is much easier to fill the water basin compared to the Droplet. No caps to unscrew, you don't have to turn the water basin over, and this one can sit while you fill it instead of having to hold the Droplet's basin to fill it with water 2. It does cool mist and warm mist whereas the Droplet only does cool mist. The manual says the mist takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up and I tested it, it took about 20 minutes which was fine. 3. The touch digital control panel on the front helps you make your mist customizable and specific to what you want which is amazing. 4. I love the remote. The sticky front of the remote was peeled back slightly when I opened my package but stuck back on well and isn't a big issue. There's also a slight delay with the button to humidifier controls, also on the touch of the front of the panel, but not too bad, and again not a big issue. I'm not how long the range is on the remote, it doesn't seem like it goes very far, but that's expected and as long as you're not too far away and nothing is blocking the sensors, it works well. 5. The night mode is so great. You can turn off all the control panel lights at night to avoid being disturbed by the lights, and it turns off the base light at the bottom. There's lots of great things about this humidifier but those are my biggest takeaways and overall I'm very pleased with the construction of this product and it's output!
I have enjoyed using this warm/cool humidifier. I have used it both in my bedroom & my living room. There are so many options to fit my needs in my home, which I love. I also really like that it has a little remote. The light is a fun bonus but I don't always turn it on. I definitely recommend this humidifier!!
I live in Colorado, where it is incredibly dry (my house is currently 11% humidity). We have humidifiers in each room of our house and I have been looking for one for my baby's room. One of my biggest issues with humidifiers is the lights that you can't turn off. This on is perfect as the display completely turns off, so my baby isn't being blinded by the light at night. It is also easy to fill. The inside piece lifts out so I can fill it easily in the sink/tub and then it just drops right back in. Others have water canisters that don't fit easily under the sink top. We have a cold front moving in tonight and I'm excited to try the warm mist function to humidify the room AND keep the room warm!
We have a few different Crane humidifiers. This one can be used warm or cool which is nice. The night light feature gives off a good amount of light for the kids room (doubles as a night light). We liked the UV and ionizer options as well. I wish there was however, way to not have to deal with the cord as I carry it to wash/ rinse it out every night. I like the top fill but still have to deal with the cord. The manual doesn't explain what the little red icon is that is below everything else on the panel. I seems it is just that the machine is not flat or the water container inside isn't sitting flat. I simply lifted that bucket out and reset in back into the humidifier base and hit the on button. It has happened a few times but hasn't caused any issues. We are overall pleased with Crane's new humidifier. Only feature I would love is a detachable cord for easier carrying.
I bought this item after reading the srticle on it and its benefits, price was reduced, sounded right for me. Received it, set it up, plugged it in and awesome. Worked great for 4 days, then stopped. Could not restart. It has so many "gadgets" as extras on it and I'm not one for them, but what I think happened is a sensor broke and that sent the whole machine down. I ordered another one, the same kind, received that one, and another break down. I sent both back to get a refund. I hope they find the cause of 2 machines with same problem. I liked it when it was working. Would buy again if in good working condition.
