Love this humidifier. Easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to use. I just wish there was a detachable cord at the base, so you wouldn't have to unplug it from the outlet and drag the cord to the sink when cleaning the base. I have a smaller Crane humidifier which does have a detachable cord and it's one of the best features about that humidifier that I love.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 4 humidifiers in the last couple of years trying to find the right one, this is my favorite! It stands on the floor (saves counter space) and puts out a good amount of mist. I have it on level 2 (of 3) which is a good amount but not overwhelming. The directions say to not put it on wood or carpet flooring...I guess that just leaves cement basement floors?? I have it on our wood floor and it is blowing far enough out the top on this setting that the floor isn't wet around it so I think I'm good. I LOVE that at the top where the mist comes out it is designed in a way that it can swivel around and also is in a bowl shape so as water drops form they fall back into the tank. With previous humidifiers I had to wipe up the pooling water every day or two to keep it from running down the side. The size of the water tank is impressive, you can pull the top off and take it to the sink and try to fill it up if you want...but it's way better just to remove the top grey part and pour water in (good design). I fill it with a Brita pitcher about every day. It's been running for a few day straight with no issues! I also looks like a rocket, so of course when I was taking it out of the box with my son we made rocket noises and had it blast off. If you do the same (which I highly recommend) then be careful because the bottom of the unit is stuck pretty tight in Styrofoam but then falls off when you get it out of the box. It survived a 3 foot fall onto the floor so it seems to be built pretty well! The only negative I have is that there is a built-in humidity sensor and it seems to be way off. It is showing around 55% humidity but it's a few feet away from my thermostat which shows a 21% humidity (and I believe it because it's winter and I'm using the humidifier because it's so dry). That's not a big deal to me because I'll just be using it during the winter and I want it to run all the time, I'll also take responsibility for that and say it could certainly be off because of the 'rocket incident' mentioned above. Overall this is a great humidifier and I highly recommend!
Easy to refill and works great. It's super quiet and I love you LED light which you can use if you want. We love the extra humidity and moisture it adds to the normally dry winter air.

These are the best humidifiers we've ever had. We ordered one to start and check out, we liked it so much, we bought 3-more. We use 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs. They do a great job. We have had a really dry winter and couldn't get our house above 31% with our old humidifiers, but these got us up into the 45% range for the whole house in about 3-days, and they are now holding it there very consistently. I would highly recommend these humidifiers.
Large tank capacity is great, just make sure you fill it up while attached to the base or it'll only run for a few seconds, shut off and leak everywhere.
The tower is large and does not work on wood floors. It did not fit in my rom either. It uses remote control. Very difficult for old people.
I was really excited about this humidifier, but it didn't work for us. To start, I realized right away that filling it was going to be an issue. The tank is so long and narrow with no good way to grip it. Plus, the opening on top was smaller than I would have expected. This meant that filling it on site was going to come with the risk of splashing/spilling - but carrying the tank to the water source was also difficult. Plus, it's too tall to fit in my sink. I could tell cleaning it was going to be a huge issue because of how narrow and restricted the inside of the tank was. Secondly, the remote and controls were not very intuitive. If you turn it off and then back on again, it doesn't have the previously used settings saved. You have to start all over again to set it the way you want. Lastly, there are only three mist levels, and the lowest level was too high. I will be returning it.
When it works, it's great! but if you accidentally splash water in the wrong hole, you have to dump the entire humidifier and start over which is a serious pain in the butt. And don't try to adjust its location once you set it down and start filling because it will not start. Ugh. I just wanted a good humidifier that isn't a ton of work. This is not it. Unfortunately I bought two of them.
Leaked all over the floor, after reading the instructions it said not to use on wood or carpeting. I see why now.
