Quiet (compared to our bigger one we have in the garage) and it had pulled some water within 2 hours! It also doesn't blow out hot air like our big one. I will probably get one for each bedroom just to help with the mugginess at night.
I really love my Crane Dehumidifier 4 Pint. It is compact that I can place it anywhere in the house. It looks so chic that it matches any decorations. Crane Dehumidifier quickly and effectively reduces humidity in the air, reduces bacteria and odors. I love how this reduces the odor inside the house as we always cook our own food. It has also a timer and auto shutoff that we don't need to worry leaving it overnight. Highly Recommended!
I have used this dehumidifier for a couple weeks now, and it works very well. After an hour in my sunroom (where I have many of plants and can get quite humid, causing some mold on the dirt), I had about a half cup of water in the water catch chamber. It runs quietly, and I like that it has a couple options for time (run for 4 hours, 8 hours or continuously). It also has an automatic turn-off feature if the water chamber fills up, which I have not had to use yet, but seems helpful if I forgot to turn off or it was in a particularly humid space. It's compact and white, so blends in nicely in a room. Overall, I think its a useful dehumidifier for a small room.
I've been running this eight hours a day for about three weeks. It really sucks up the moisture in my bedroom. So far, I am pleased.
I have been running this dehumidifier for about a week now and it is really well designed! Right out of the box, the Crane dehumidifier was straightforward and easy to use. After plugging in, I pushed the power button and it is ready to go. It has 2 different speeds depending on how humid the room is. I set it on the high speed, it is now spring for us in Alaska and in our part of the state, it has been raining all week and the temperatures have been rising so the humidity level is high. The unit is so quiet, I almost forgot it was on. It really helped with reducing the humidity in our living room, which also helped cool the room a bit. The tank is easy to remove as well, I like the handle grooves which makes it easy to grip and not spill the collected water. I love this dehumidifier and I feel it really does a great job at reducing the "musty"-ness of our air.
This is a must have if you live in a damp climate. We live by the beach and have a bathroom with no windows. It can create a lot of issues with mold and mildew. We can kick this on for 15-20 minutes before bed/after showers and problem solved! It's super compact and can be stored under the sink and is really quiet. It's also great on those more hot and humid days when the house just feels sticky. The tank is also incredibly easy to empty.
I absolutely love the Crane Dehumidifier! I keep it in my NYC apartment to avoid moisture in the walls after a long hot shower. It has a timer you can set it up for and speeds. The great thing I like as well is that it removes odor and we all know how a bathroom can get. It is compact, sleek and can go in any room.
I tried this dehumidifier for my small bathroom that we don't have a vent for & it does a tremendous job of getting a lot of the moisture out of the room. We have gotten great use of this product as we have started to use it at least every other day. The unit is pretty quiet & easy to fill with water.
This is perfect for our current wet spring weather in the PNW. It pulls out the extra moisture from the air that gets inside our home. It's also excellent if you have a shower/tub open to your bedroom. It helps get all that dampness out. The water catching tray is easy to open and empty and the dehumidifier itself is small and compact making it easy to move around our home as needed. I'm always impressed by how sleek and modern Crane products are. They don't take away from our decor and just kind of blend in.
I truly cannot say enough about the crane dehumidifier. I live in an 1850s farmhouse, and our kitchen is over the old root cellar. Our floor would be damp in the morning because there was so much moisture. I put the dehumidifier in the kitchen, and everything has changed. It pulls all of the excess moisture out of the air. I love the 4 and 8 hour time settings, so it is not left running when unnecessary. I also love that it shuts off when full. It is easy to empty and easy to use. Not only does it function so well, but it is also sleek and cute to look at. It fits on the countertop, or can be set on the floor tucked away. I like to have it running near my dry goods, so I know that no moisture will be getting in. I can't recommend it enough!
