Very good for people who use colored pencils. barbara
I just bought these and I absolutely love the bright colors! I've been waiting for sooo long for neon/fluorescent pencils and finally found some!
Would love to see more extreme colors 12 or 24 armoire
Theses same colors are already apart of another pack of pencils. States that these are new color, but they are not.
Little colors when you use them. Not very bold.
These are mor fluorescent than bright. They will be great for highlights but they are really pale
