I took this for benefits of the creatine during and after workouts and glutamine with beta aline combo makes it that much sweeter .. definitely feel my my strengh coming back to the gym since march, this is the only supplement I take along side with L arginine. Its a great recovery supplement to take either before or after, I typically take it after majority of the time, here and there I will take it before.
I've been using it for 30 days or so and it seems to be working great.
If youre wanting to add/use Creatine to increase your workout performance, this is my favorite andve tried others. I like that this has the glutamine added as well. If you mix this with Arginine and Citrulline, youll defined feel the Bata-Alanine this product has. I personally get a slight tingle all over. If this is your first cycle of Creatine, you may want to buy and additional Creatine product to load your first 7-10 days (extra 2-3 servings).
i have been using this 5 days a week for over a month. i believe it is working, and the blend is cool "all in one' . no complaints . i think i will stick with this one
BodyTech Creatine + Glutamine with Beta-Alanine is awesome. My workouts are longer and harder than the last time. I am able to recover from all my workouts really well.

I was looking for a creatine powder supplement to add into my pre & post workout drink mix (as well as in my protein shakes) and this item is great especially since it has "beta alanine" & glutamine added in [all in one]. I have seen results from using the product (and so have others in me) and would purchase this product again. It also has no flavor so if you just want to add it into your water bottle, it is perfect.
This a really good product, I love how it's enhancing my workouts and my recovery time is quicker than usual. I mix this with my pre-work and it works as a powerhouse. It's doesn't change the taste at all. The only reason why I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it doesn't completely dissolve and settles at the bottom. I have to continuously shake it up because when you get to the last sip it's nothing but grit. I have a HUGE texture issue, if I feel anything in my drinks I instantly get nauseous. If this product didn't work so well I would definitely look for something else just because of the texture, however I will buy it again and mix it with another creatine to combat the texture.
i am not new to creatine i normally get Optimum Nutrition but decided to try to brand & regret it. It changes the flavor of my protein shake i immediately noticed a difference. Will not get again . Just not for me.
Its a 5" tiny container. they blew the picture up to make it look as if its a big container. its super small. Its sold with the same price as a big full size container.
