I bought a debut 5G phone for little money. Cricket seems to be a pretty good phone company. I haven't had any problems with the phone or their services.

compared to other companies (5 dollars, Sim card) cricket, Sim cards cost double, and I still don't see why, They are made of the same materials as the other.
Not able to set up Smartphone Cricket phone purchased stated customer email being delivered. Not to be. Not able to set Sims to be in use
Did not work. Cricket thinks these cards were scanned for sale but not scanned for activation. This was an online order. Took both cards back to Walmart but they were quick to tell me they could not help me and there are no refunds for this item. Waste of time and money.
Bought two online they were never activated so i contacted Walmart customer service and they were nice enough to give me a refund , Make sure to see if they activated before you buy them
if you sell someone something,no matter what it is. They should be able to get a full refund,as long as they have receipts, for anything however they want it. Cash, credit,gift card. And the employees at the Cullman store are rude as women. no one will ever talk to me like that again. Yes the same ones at customer service that said they were all in managers. shift leader maybe. But I promise you that they will never disrespect me again.
I have not gotten it, I ordered it three days ago. its not the product it is the lack of clear tracking that item has been tracked all over the place, now it is Friday, the 4th of October before I may get it.
