I am very happy with my purchase of the Cricut Air from Walmart. A little skeptical at first to have this item shipped over buying at a store, but the package arrived in perfect shape and I have been VERY happy with the machine. I'm glad I chose Walmart since there was a free download and free pens included in a price that could not be matched ANYWHERE!!
Love this product, it was an upgrade for me. The customer service you get is great! You actually speak with a person. I had problem with the print to cut feature. While reading the mark before cutting it would shut off on the top right mark. I watched you tube videos about people trying to fix the problem. I called because mine was doing that and after going through several potential problems, it was the mat. Even though it was a new mat that came with it it was still somewhat rolled from shipping. The print to cut is very sensitive on reading the marks. Even when I flipped the mat to make sure because it other side looked to be flatter. It apparently just enough to make it not work. I put it on my older mat and then it worked. They are sending me a new mat. Hopefully this saves someone lots of ink from the printer.
I updated from the older model...now there is a newer model to this one. For me there is very little difference that I am still happy about this purchase. The digital Frozen cartridge can be found in the design space, you just have to set your machine up and it will take you to the site. Like it much more than the older version, I love the design space, makes it so much easier and faster to get to the actual crafting.
This machine is amazing. I love all the different things you can do with it. The projects are endless.
Finally took the big step and upgraded from Cricut Explore to the Air and this machine is awesome for one it's bluetooth and everything is driven with your iphone, ipad or computer. You can create your own images and cut or print them.
I've been searching for a better price and came across this at Walmart, you get more for your money if you purchase this machine. Everything comes in the box and the frozen items are download on the cricut website. You will not go wrong if you purchase this product. I'm glad I did!
I have to say that I was a little skeptical getting this, as I have never owned a cutting machine. I thought that it would lose its appeal quickly since I mainly wanted it to cut some vinyl for our vehicles. However, there is just so much you can do with this thing that I think I will enjoy it for a long time. I am making planner stickers and vinyl for walls, cups, vehicles, ect... I am really enjoying this machine!
I purchased my machine from Walmart.com for $189! When it arrived, there was zero indication of it being the FROZEN Bundle on the box. BUT once you register and set up a Cricut account online, the Frozen digital images will appear on your Cricut account, to be used online.
The machine is great of course, I love it. However, there was no BUNDLE, just the machine, the mat and the marker. It was supposed to come with FROZEN related items but it didn't.
It says that it comes with a frozen cartridge and it doesn't along with not coming with other materials promised in the bundle. Basically you are getting the machine and the basics of what that comes with.
