The machine I s great but I did not receive the design packet with mine I only got the machine cups and infusible ink it s the green and yellow packet it's was not in the box I would like to have it if possible Thanks but I love it
This mug press works great. Its much easier than the old one i had.

I was a little cautious about doing business with you because I had never heard of you but my fears were eliminated fast. Good communication and fast delivery and great price. I will highly recommend
I bought my Mug Press in April 2021 from Michaels; I registered it but didn't actually get around to using it until this year. I work two jobs, so I craft when it's feasible. I made two mugs and then the unit stopped working. I called customer service and after some troubleshooting was told that I would have to buy a new one - my warranty was expired so they would not replace it - they did provide me with a $50 code - but big deal - right now it's not worth the risk to buy another one. Essentially 2 mugs cost me over $200. I only bought it for novelty gifts, not to produce a bunch to sell - so it would only have gotten used from time to time. So, if you buy one, use it a LOT during your first year so you'll know if you purchased a defective unit. Nice form factor, but crappy product.
This item arrived with sticky stuff all over it even though it was inside the box. The bottom of the mug maker was covered in sticky substance. I cleaned it the best I could. But I'm not happy. After reading reviews it seems this happens to others.
Returned this whole bundle to Walmart in Bellingham Friday the 10th??????? not showing a return???????
I would not order, the cups were not even wrapped they were just sat in the box.
I got part of my order today on something that I ordered as a bundle but when I received it my coffee cups were broken from not being packaged properly. The cups should of been properly packaged and wrapped securely
the mug press does not work trying find how to send it back
