It works and the cord is really long which is great. I wish the hook was a little longer and where the cord and hook meet should be smoother. Overpriced but I'd buy it again.

It works. But this brand, in any size, the join snags the yarn a little bit. And the cable is too flexible so it is hard to move all your stitches back up to the hook. It makes for very slow work. It works if you have to use it.

Not the quality I would expect

I've been loyal to Boye for well over 50 years, these afghan hooks are a disappointment. This is my second P hook in 2 years, the cord tends to fray and won't stand up to constant use. The cord fell off of my Q hook the first time I used it. The metal at the juncture of the cord and hook is rough so that the yarn snags on it. I'm replacing mine because I use it a lot, however I'm in the market for a better design. I gave it 2 stars because if you don't use it much, it might work well for you. Otherwise it should be only 1.
