I bought this particular nose spray to see if it could be a substitute for NasalCrom, my usual brand. I was shopping for a new brand because Nasalcrom is getting so expensive. From the labels, both sprays have identical ingredients. But after a few days of consecutive, bi-daily use; and in comparison to Nasalcrom, Healthguard just isn't the same. I don't know what the difference is, but I'm sneezing less; and have less nasal congestion with Nasalcrom. So it was a good try; and if I see another comparable generic again, I'll try that one.
