This stereo is simple which is what I wanted. The sound is good enough. Good value for the money.

Glad to have found a good all in one unit. Pros, under 200.00, decent sound quality, with ports to add additional speakers, stylus has lever so beginning play on vinyl is seamless, dust cover closes while record is playing (I have a cat who is curious so that's a bonus feature), nice weight to unit, not tinny, or plasticky. Cons, could use more bass, (but will address with the additional speakers), the espresso color is nice but a walnut wood grain would go better in my MC modern home, but that's nitpicking. Overall greatly pleased.

This is my second crosley 8-1 and it does not disappoint. Connected to my Onkyo receiver and Pioneer speakers, Im in heaven🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
For me, this is the perfect entertainment system. Perfect for the bedroom or an apartment. This is not something you can blast, however the little speakers it has really perform well. It has an outlet for more speakers if needed. There is no bass or treble control, however for me it's fine. Radio, cassette, cd and record player, not bad at all for the price. The unit is compact, fits nicely on top of a desk, bureau or small coffee table. Nice gift for a kid who likes music and is not spoiled.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She's into vinyls and now cassettes are making a come back. I really wanted a system that was multifunctional. The cassette player was key and she was and still is so excited. So far it's awesome! Hope it's something she can enjoy for years to come.
The item was delivered to me broken. The face of the record player was hanging off and no damage to the box. This leaves me to believe the item was packaged in that condition.
