This is a fun dance workout that really makes you sweat. All the moves are broken down to make learning them easier.
I love this workout. It is hard enough to make you sweat but not too hard to keep up with. It has a very nice mix of dancing styles. It is modern. It really is fun. I lost 40 lbs doing this video as my cardio along with just 2 days of weightlifting a week.
I didn't even make it through the first 5 minutes and I shut this off because I was already lost in the workout. It bums me out to spent money on a DVD and then not like it but I just had no idea what she was doing and could not get myself to follow her. Way to fast instruction. Not enough learning as you go.
