used as a table stand for facetime excellent
Easy to put together and my husband tried it and wouldn't give it back.
I'm so glad I made this purchase! We use it on our entertainment center and kids table and it works like a dream. I highly recommend this product, especially for virtual learning.
People... Don't waste your money and time looking for other choices! This is the best I've seen and tried. The fact that you can mount it on the wall and you can sit it on the ground is just awesome. I use it for my bedtime reading and it's so perfect for it. I highly recommend it!
My wrists don`t hurt from me holding it up any more and I don`t have to see anyone holding theirs either plus looking at recipes are way easier now that I`m not having to look down on the counter to see what it is.
Well made, sturdy and a nice design all make this a perfect buy.
This gadget performs exactly as advertised, it's well constructed and beautiful designed. Great addition to the kitchen.
I only found one design flaw that I dont I only found one design flaw that I dont like and its a combination of two things one that you have to ranch on either side of the most used part which is the neck the throat area you have to hold the little turning tool with the right and left hand there different sizes hold one while you turn the other and its constantly coming undone. The other thing is when you go to take a picture or set up a stand to look at the background when youre The other thing is when you go to take a picture or set up the stand to look at the background when union youre in the foreground intends to have it self right in the middle of the camera view unless you have it all the way up in its holder which is usually against the wall if you have it mounted underneath the cabinet you still come up with these issues and I found that the stance of the stand although its pretty good it couldve gone out just an inch more and be more stable I am waiting for this company to make A version where you can type while youre sitting up i A version where you can type while youre sitting up in an easy chair because this one just almost does it. Another idea is to change the stand so that it could be on the vertical with the legs horizontal I dont k another idea is to change the stand so that it could be on the vertical with the legs horizontal I dont know why I didnt put the holder that way in the first place but it wouldve been a better solution if youre a person that needs assistive equipment So I hope youre so I hope you hear that because I would install right underneath the one that I put vertical I will install the other one right underneath it to come out from the wall with its legs tucked in parallel with a horizon line -> this way, rather than ^ this. That way I could swing an actual like an arm if youre that way I could swing in at you like an arm if youre in a chair or a bed. Yeah other thing I would do as a designer for this product is in here a magnet to the legs so that you can put it along side facing out a bad gurney for somebody who is bedridden or in an old fashion wheelchair now the magnet would need to be pretty strong but there yeah other thing I would do as a designer for this product is in here a magnet to the legs so that you can put it along side facing out a bad gurney for somebody who is bedridden or in an old fashion wheelchair now the magnet would need to be pretty strong but theres a manufacture of a LAVIEW camera that certainly knows a thing or two about Magnets underneath a rubber backing. So as it is with no improvement the issue where one side of it flops over to the right really upsets me given that they use the smallest turning tool I think its a so as it is with no improvements the issue where one side of it flops over to the right really upsets me given that they use the smallest turning tool I think its a hexagonal and I never seems to stay locked in place for very long where is the rest of it does.
I bought this product in order to have a quality multi-function mount for several locations. The concept is very good: to be able to move the mount to different locations throughout my house. However, in reality, it delivers two mediocre mounting solutions rather than one or two good ones. Overall, I liked the idea of the unit so don't view this as a "hater" review. I just want to make others aware of the issues that I experienced. In the standard use as a free-standing mount on my desk, it worked good at first. I quickly realized that the mount wobbles when I touch the touchscreen. Also, if the screen is adjusted too far forward, the whole system will fall forward because it does not have enough weight at the bottom. When I tried to install the mount under my kitchen cabinets, I quickly learned two things: - I must drill holes in my new $5000 cabinets to install the plastic mounting bracket. - Even if I did drill the holes (which I did not), the lip on the front on my cabinets would not allow me actually fit the base of the mount into the bracket. Lose-Lose for me. It might work for others but I suspect that most cabinets are similar to mine. Other points to consider: - the holding brackets to hold my iPad were not designed for use with a protective cover. I have an Otterbox Defender case and it pops out frequently. - the rotating feature is nice but I never really use it. - if you are just using the mount on a flat wall, this product would be good for you. I hope this review helps someone else with their decision process.
1) I tried to mount it on the wall but the sliver legs would not fit into the white plastic holder packets. The instruction book shows the “concrete wall” being curved; instead of a straight wall. So, if you have a curved wall, this thing will fit perfectly. But, who has curved wall? I ended up breaking the sliver legs and forced the remaining legs in, which worked. 2) Since I had to force it in, now the problem is that I cannot easily transfer the unit to 2nd holder packet at another part of my house, like it advertises. 3) It does not come with the 2nd set of plastic mold and screws, so even if I can mount the holder in another part of my home, I would have to go buy my own mold and screws? 4) Cheap materials that are not worth $40. 5) The original box of the product was super dusty, (after I opened the brown shipping box).
