This food processor is the answer to an 81 year old's prayer. Does everything I can't do anymore. Thank you Cuisinart.
It will take some figuring out learning what goes where, but I love the 9 cup continuous feed food processor! Once you figure it out, it works like a dream. My old food processor was over 30 years old and after several moves I had lost most of the parts. It will be nice to have the variety of parts hay.
This is my third Cuisinart food processor, and it's the best model ever. Lightweight, easy open and close, attachments work great. Love it.
The 9-Cup Continuous Feed Food Processor is a game-changer in the kitchen! With its powerful motor and large capacity, it makes prepping meals a breeze. Whether you're chopping, slicing, or shredding, this food processor handles it all quickly and efficiently. The continuous feed feature is a real time-saver, allowing you to process large quantities without stopping.
I purchased this during Christmas as a gift to myself. I've never used a food processor in my life but thought it was such a great deal I decided to buy one. I was pleasantly surprised how simple it was to operate and clean. Love, love, love it!!!
Nice size, i'm 81 and wanted some thing that would not be too heavy that I could lift from a lower shelf with ease. This has everything you need for those who are not gourmet cooks but just need some thing to chop & slice, quickly.
I love using the food processor. My previous one was also a Cuisinart. They are efficient, fast, easy to use. Although I like this food processor, the attachment (stem adapter) that the blade goes over has broken. I don't understand why they changed that from the older model. The older model blade was one piece. You have to put the attachment first into the processor, then the blade over top. I find it very hard to get off/out when you have food in it. I had to use a knife to pop it up, which in turn chipped the attachment. Which I have to replace now.
The food processor seems to work acceptably, it is relatively powerful, and is of reasonable quality.
It's Okay. I wish it came with plastic blade for dough. Metal is to sharp to knead dough. Also wish you made the slice blade to adjust for thickness like on other models. You should think about more extra blades plus dicing set to go with this model. Then I would give you 5 stars!
While the regular bowl works as expected (this is my 2nd Cuisinart food processor) I have had a lot of trouble with the attachment that shoots the food into an outside bowl. (It seemed like a great idea when I was shopping for a new food processor - now I wish I had just bought a regular one) I have tried it several times with different types of food (cabbage, cheese, etc.) and have had not so great results. It clogs easily, regardless of what is being processed and because the spout is so small it is hard to un-clog it without removing the entire bowl (which makes a HUGE mess) I have contemplated returning it, but I got a really good price and the regular bowl works well and returning it would be too much trouble. I would not recommend this product - Just buy the old school food processor and don't be dazzled by the new feature.
