Love this little oven! It's the second one I've own and I use it daily. It's not only convenient, but it's also energy saving. My kitchen does not heat up like it does when I need to use my larger oven. And it eliminates the need for a separate toaster, air fryer, and oven.
Ww replaced another air fryer with the Cuisinart oven and are glad we did. It has so many uses. It cooks quicker and does such a good job on a variety of foods. It is easy to clean and has numerous accessories available too.
Have had my new Cusinart Air Fryer/ over for about a month. It is the best multi use appliance on my counter. I have used all the different functions and am very pleased with the simplicity and cooking results. I love the air fryer function to cook different proteins. Great purchase, great product.
Since recently retired and learning how to cook this is a perfect item for me to learn on its size is just right for my little kitchen great for small meals one or two people a couple times a day so convenient and easy to use doesn't get in the way super fast and easy to learn on plus i don't have to use the big oven and heat up the kitchen.
We purchased this air fryer toaster oven with the primary goal to use our microwave less and it's been amazing. We use it every day and love the simplicity of it. We have 4 kids and use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's great for toasting bagels in the morning, air frying chicken nuggets at lunch and broiling quesadillas at dinner. I'm very messed with this model and would highly recommend it. It's saved me so much time during dinner because it heats up quicker than the conventional oven. This has been my favorite appliance in my kitchen.
Due to high heat we had a major power surge that blew many appliances. We looked for a toaster oven. What we found was a complete kitchen in one. I never air fry but now I do Our AC was out for 2 weeks. This appliance did everything I need that required heat without heating up the kitchen. This is easy to clean. You can air fry a vegetable then grill a steak then toast garlic bread. Anything can be cooked with great flavor. I will buy again in distant future.
I use this oven quite frequently, mostly on bake, and convection bake. It's usually three or four of us for dinner and I can prepare just about anything I can do in my regular oven in the more timely and efficient manner. I am actually a private chef and I've used many of the high-end ovens in my clients homes and believe me this little oven works just fine for my personal use at home. Especially during the summer months when I don't want to heat the whole house up, I can make anything from toast to prime rib in the oven. I will always have a version of this in my home..
Since I have mobility issues %26 a broke down oven, this was my best purchase this year. So far, I only burned one strip of bacon. Lol. The air fryer works well on chicken breast strips at 350 for 20 min. They were juicy and lightly coated with a toasty color. I made chicken breast on toast with bacon and pickles. I air fried the bacon for 12 min %26 then toasted my bread on toast for 15 min. Only use 15 min at first use at 350 for medium toast - 10 min works well for toast. I love this machine. It's a time saver %26 it doesn't heat up the room.
This is the 3rd Cuisinart toaster oven I have owned & have been well pleased in the past. I love the grill & airfry features, but the bake cycles leave a little to be desired. My cornbread doesn't come out evenly browned like it did with my first two ovens. I'm still experimenting with the bake & confection cycles to try & get it right. Also the baking pan is cheaper made & no way to get it clean cause you're not supposed to use anything abrasive. My last two ovens had heavy stainless steel pans that I could clean with a Brillo pad. Same is true of the interior cause you can't use a Brillo pad on it either. The first time I used the grill, the crumb tray had a spot left on it that looks like it will just burn right through. I'm sending a picture. If it continues to erode, I may have to get it replaced within the first six months. I really like the oven light, but it needs to stay on when you open the door because you have to pull out the rack to see if the food is brown, thus cooling the oven. Also, I don't like that the oven cuts off when you open the door. Why??? The oven is still hot enough to burn you so it makes little difference. I would give this oven 5 stars if you go back to a heavy stainless steel pan & leave the light & oven on when opening the door.
We bought Cuisinart over other similar units because of previous experience with the brand and overall quality. We chose to pay more for it over less expensive brands. However, big disappointment when the natural juices from pork chops literally burned into the drip pan. Who knew that the provided drip pan would be so cheap that we can't remove the burnt mess after it cooled. We've tried everything from baking soda, vinegar, Bar Keepers Friend, and other non scratch items without luck. Now we live with it but place foil inside when cooking anything that will drip. And that was the first use of this oven. Cuisinart, please manufacture and provide a stainless steel drip pan so others can avoid this disappointment.
