So I bought this little beauty for my significant other as pancakes and waffles are his one and only specialty (outside of his charming personality) and he absolutely loves it. The waffles come out perfectly each time. Easy to clean, easy to use and easy to love. Great Product. The picture below was the end of the mix and looks a little "light", I assure you the rest (that were gobbled up) were beautiful.
I must say that this one of the best purchases of 2018 that I have made so far. I purchased this waffle maker as a I was hosted brunch at my home and I wanted to serve warm waffles in demand. What's great about the product it cut my cooking time in half. I was able to serve chicken and waffles with a smile. My guest were well pleased.
After our last waffle maker caught fire we decided to do some serious research before buying another one. America's Test Kitchen tested ten waffle irons, some much more expensive than this one and the Cuisine Art Double Belgian waffle maker was number 1. It truly is an amazing waffle maker. The waffles are big, beautiful and yummy. There is also a measuring cup included so it never overfills and with the temperature dial we get the perfectly browned waffle. Don't hesitate to get this waffle maker. You're going to love it!
Best waffle maker ever! I was dissatisfied with my previous waffle maker and replaced it with this one. This waffle maker is faster and makes perfect waffles, even with a simple batter! Plus, with the double design, more servings are ready sooner. The finished waffles are in 4 sections each that can be broken apart. Love it and so glad i bought it.
I love that I can do 2 at once and that I can adjust the temperature. The only areas for improvement is that it's awkward to have different cooking settings for different people and the knob for changing temperature looks cheap compared to the rest of the unit.
This Belgian waffle, is the best I could have ever bought. I am pleased to have breakfast on time for everyone since they are fast two by two they come out rich crisp or soft as you want them. For cleaning mode is super easy. I love my doble Belgian Waffle. I recommend a 100%
I LOVE IT! I could eat waffles every day. I got a recipe online. It makes my waffles very crispy and soft inside. I use blueberries too. I bought this double waffle maker because we are 5 in my family and I don't like waiting too long to get my waffle. This appliance is fast, has low and high heat. The waffles don't stick to it. Easy to clean, just wipe. A neighbor says that you could make bread or a pizza dough.
It could use a power light and a tray, but did find out after using it that it doesn't overflow like my old one did. Other than that I would of given it a 5
Pros: Easy to use, fairly easy to clean. Cons: Takes up a considerable amount of counter space, must put it in a place that you can clean the surroundings because of the cooking spray you must spray on the plates before placing batter in. Plates are nonstick but certain waffle recipes call for cooking spray on plates before loading batter. Also if you use the wrong recipe (even some recipes that call for a waffle maker), the waffle will not be able to come out of the press, and cleaning this is challenging and frustrating - having to go through all the groves of the waffle plate... I've learned this the hard way. All outside of the round plates part get extremely hot, so handle with care. I've also learned this the hard way. Otherwise it's a great product, I like being able to make oat flour gluten free waffles :)
Double Belgian works well, producing several waffles over a short period of time. Bottom side is cooking while the top side's waffle is being removed and refilled with batter. Flip and repeat. But the coating is coming off in one area of the non removable plates already. Double Belgian has cooked a total of 26 waffles, so only 13 on that one surface. The temperature setting requires position 5.75, near the maximum of 6.
