Great- actually fantastic. I have several of these and use whenever entertaining. Keeps everything hot and perfect size!

Great piece. I purchased it to replace my Bulky, old chaffing dishes. This is much smaller and I don't think it heated quite as well. (I was surprised it was heated with just a tea light and no water) However, this is a very good quality piece. I love that the dish goes in the oven. It's sturdy, beautiful, and large enough for most of my entertaining. It was so nice to clean up and move something smaller. Great buy. We will enjoy these for years
Pros: Easy To Clean, Distributes Heat Evenly, Non-Stick, Handle Stays Cool, Heats Quickly, Durable, Retains Heat Cons: Other thoughts: On Christmas kept the Seafood Newburg hot, was a beautiful piece on the table. It was a breeze to clean.
So amazing to be able to cook in one container and then present it in such an attractive manner- straight to the table! The tea lights are SO much better than using sterno. Clean up is so easy as well. Highly recommend!
Love the look/style. Very elegant. I like that they are smaller than those big bulky chaffing dishes I'm used to, and the glass lid is convenient so you can see the food without removing the lid. My only criticism is the burner. They are small tea cups and they don't stay lit, and when they are lit they don't do a good job of keeping the food warm.
After 30 minutes food starts sticking to surface of server.
