I replaced my Ninja dual coffee maker as it would not stay on to brew a cup of coffee after 2 years. This Cuisinart dual coffee maker is a great replacement! I love the look of cream and stainless instead of black. It is easy to set up and use. The coffee it brews has tasted wonderful. The only thing I wish is the reservoir held a little more water to refill less often. But I would definitely recommend this coffee maker.
Love it because it doesn't take up much counter space like my coffee maker and Keurig did. Easy to use and quiet compared to the Keurig. You can't go wrong with a Cuisinart!
We have had this coffee machine for about 5 months and really like it. Once we got used to the noise that the 1 cup side makes when clearing out the nozzle at the end of a cycle nothing could have beenBetter. As with all our other cuisinarts the coffee side makes very hot delicious coffee and they brew a cup at a time side also makes the coffee hot and gives you three different sizes of hot water depending on what you're doing. I use it to make cappuccinos from pods and also hot water for tea. One of our best coffee machines and one that we really like.
I wanted to have a single pod as well as a 12 cup coffee machine to save on counter space. I absolutely love my Coffee Center brewer. It is perfect for what I needed. I highly recommend this coffee pot to those who love a great cup of coffee and the convenience of a pod option when necessary!
The 2 in 1 brewing system is great for us. We entertain a lot and to have both options is very handy. One thing though. The single kcup side is very messy. As the coffee is going into the cup we have drops of coffee that splash out of the cup creating a mess on surfaces surrounding the coffee maker. It might be the funnel opening that is not round(jagged edges and the drip hole may not be centered. I need to move cup towards the edge of the maker so coffee drips into the center of the cup. Any suggestions?
I've had it for a month or so now and everything is working great. Only wish is that is was easier to fill the main reservoir. It would have been nice to have one slide out that both the coffee pot and k cup pulled water from.
Perfect size, fits anywhere on counter, love the convenience of 2 into 1. My Only concern is when using the single cup is when your cup is in place it sits so low that hot water with the coffee splatters as it fills your cup. This is a Safety concern, it needs a taller base that can be removable for travel mugs. We use something that raises our cups but have to remove it after coffee is done. This way no one gets splattered with hot water/coffee. I did see another brand that raised that particular area, but the water reservoir was not enough, I would have to refill each time, so I went with cuisinart. Other than that it was a great idea for 2 in 1.
I am disappointed in the water reservoir lid. I had a previous model dual coffee maker hot water dispenser and the lid curved in so the condensation would drip back into the reservoir. The new dual coffee maker with the single serve has the water reservoir flattened and when opening the condensation is supposed to go into the little catch on the back, however the majority of the water runs down the back and onto the counter requiring cleanup daily.
I purchase my Cuisinart a month ago and really like that it has both the single cup and large pot options. It makes a great cup of coffee...BUT, when I slide the maker out from under my upper cupboards to refill the water or coffee, I find a big puddle of water, almost 1/4 cup, on the countertop. I am theorizing that it is coming from the connection point of the single cup water reservoir. It has done this from the very first use! I think it is time to send back and see if a new one would have the same issue!? Very disappointing! I am happy with all other features! I am unsure how I feel about recommending this product to others
I purchased this Coffee Center as a gift for my husband. I was very disappointed when the unit leaked water onto the counter with each use. In addition, the single serve side splattered scalding coffee on my counter with each use. See photo. I just received a replacement coffee maker which has tne same problem with splattering coffee on each use. I do not recommend this item to anyone. It is an expensive, poorly designed item.
