We've really enjoyed using this ice cream maker. It's very easy to use and the ice cream is better than store bought. We've had fun trying lots of different flavors and really enjoy the recipes from the cookbook Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream at Home. We keep the bowl in the freezer so it's always ready to go. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this ice cream maker.
I have used this twice now and it works perfectly. It is a little lound but that doesn't affect the quality of this machine. I freeze the conatiner overnight before I make my batch of ice cream and it works perfectly. I highly reccomend this unit, you won't regret it.
Excellent Ice maker that is quick and delicious ice cream and Gelato. Just freeze the inter container prior to making the ice cream. You might need to refreeze it to make it more solid but still firm.
I am loving the ease of ice cream creation. I have had the Cool Creations for about a month now and I have made about seven batches from the included "cookbook". I am still familiarizing myself with when it's time to stop the machine, but I am having a ball.
Being intrigued by the prospect of making good homemade ice cream without the mass of salt and ice drew me in to try this ice cream maker! My only complaint with this ice cream maker is that it is only 2 quarts and the ice cream goes really fast! We have made seven batches of ice cream since receiving our shipment of this ice cream maker and we have not been disappointed yet! Wonderful product. I need to purchase a second freezer bowl so I can have more ice cream on hand for a bigger parties!
Makes perfect Gelato and perfect ice cream. Read instructions and follow and you will enjoy all features of this machine. I have enjoyed great results! So far I've made blackberry gelato, strawberry ice cream, peanut butter/ Reese's cup ice cream and pineapple sorbet. Pricey but happy I made the investment. Highly recommend this ice cream maker.
I love this machine and haven't had store-bought ice cream since. It's fun to experiment with all the different types of treats. Couldn't imagine how it could be better.
Works great. Tried a few different recipes and they're all good. Be careful about the larger quantity recipes in the book - they will often lead to overflows if you aren't watching.
I absolutely love my ice cream maker! It was worth every cent I paid for it. It is so simple and so easy to prepare ingredients, also, to make the ice cream as well. Let's not forget, the cuisinart stainless ice cream maker is a beautiful piece in my kitchen. Love making the ice Cream! It is so delicious!!
This machine has been a great upgrade to the stand mixer attachment i started out with. When that attachment deformed, i upgraded to this and it churns the ice cream faster and with better consistency. I look forward to trying the different options for the type of dessert i am making and having a preset and changeable timer built in is great. It also has a good and loud signal when it is done which helps if i am multitasking.
