I previously reviewed the Cuisinart Greenware Aluminum Nonstick 10 Inch Skillet but now that I have the Cuisinart Chef's Classic Non-Stick Hard Anodized Open Skillet, I must say the Quantanium non-stick is a notch above the Ceramica coating on the Greenware. Since I have both to compare, I plan on purchasing the 10 Inch Cuisinart Quantanium non-stick skillet.
