Excellent product, I now own most of the Green Gourmet collection. I am getting ready to purchase another 11” grill pan. Makes cooking easier and healthier. I enjoy cooking again. Clean-up is a breeze as well!

It is great for grilling anything and heats evenly and predictably on my smoothtop stove. The handle stays cool and it cleans in a snap.

The instructions say you don't need to use any oil at all, but I did put some olive oil on a paper towel and rubbed it on the raised grill ribs. Nothing sticks and the chicken breasts came out tender and juicy. The pan is light and cleans in a snap. Healthier than a teflon pan, as it does not emit toxic fumes...especially important if you own birds, and their cages are anywhere near your kitchen! I am considering purchasing more of the GreenGourmet line of pans. Very pleased with it's performance!

The grill pan was okay, but I found it didn't grill as well as I hoped. The meat didn't cook well, left it dried out more than a regular pan. It definitely doesn't compare to an outside gas grill.
Grill is great, non stick - cleans easily, but outside not dishwasher friendly- discolors in dishwasher
