It's SO much fun! Bacon on one side…and totally nonstick surface on other side for my eggs; taking my homemade Ruebens out of freezer, thawing and then using both grill sides, making perfect grilled sandwiches! Love this!

Extremely handle, versatile kitchen aid! Love this combo griddle/grill for its ease of use, cooking ability and easy clean up. For years, I've wanted a panini press, but the counter space needed to accommodate one more appliance is sorely lacking in my house, but as I read many reviews, I found that constantly the Griddler five was given top marks for its versatility and performance. I have to say, I agree with those reviews. This thing grills chicken, burger, etc. flawlessly and effortlessly. The size of the grill itself is perfect for my wife and I, and the griddle makes awesome grilled sandwiches and is fantastic for a variety of other uses. The whole unit is pretty self contained and takes up very little space in a kitchen cabinet when not in use.
Terrific product!! I cook almost everything on it. Clean up is very easy. Nothing sticks to it. I use this every day. It makes the food taste like it was made in a restaurant. When this item goes bad I will purchase again for sure!
I had the cheaper model for 5 years. It was very hard to clean and the buttons began falling off. Wish the buttons were metal instead of plastic. This model is more robust, less work and now I've learned how to handle it gently so, hopefully, this model lasts 5 years too.
We have been completely pleased with this product. We use it both in grilling sandwiches and as a griddle for making perfectly browned pancakes! Every other appliance we've owned for these types of cooking have never browned evenly. This Cuisinart Griddler has been great for both!!! Sure hope it continues to perform this well.
Love my new griddle! Heats up quickly, cleans up and stores away easily. I can make all kinds of sandwiches and panini's for my grandchildren without any fuss. Pancakes turn out beautifully!
I LOVE my Griddler Five! The upper and lower elements make for quick, uniform cooking of everything I've tried so far. I also bought the waffle inserts and now I make waffles like a pro! I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!
Our new favorite appliance. We use it almost daily for breakfast sandwiches and burritos along with panini's. Makes for yummy new dishes with a super easy clean up! Get you one!!
Very good at evenly cooking bacon and pancakes. My only complaint is the temperature goes down from 450 at grill setting after only a few minutes and cannot not be increased if you you want it super hot again. The unit has to be restarted to to get it back to 450 again. Also, you cannot choose griddle on one side and grill on the other. It has to be set to one or the other. I have chosen most often to choose griddle and just leave the bacon to cook longer.
