It is heavy enough to ensure even heating without warping the pan and yet it's not too heavy (I can lift it and tilt it to pour contents onto serving platter) Deep sides make it easy to make sauces and add pasta to toss. Wide base can easily hold 4 chicken breasts with room so you can get good browning. No long handle means it fits in the oven. Clean up is so easy if you deglaze the pan before washing. Everything about this pan is easy!
Performs as expected any Cuisinart pan would. Great. Temperature consistent. Cleans up easily. Love it. Just the right size for searing. We have several other Cuisinart pots.
The casserole pan is a vital part of my kitchen. From slow-cooked chillis to braised short ribs, this is the ideal vessel. The multiclad pro is the perfect size for many dishes, and it is exceptionally well-made. Guests often remark about its beauty even before being served!
I have not used this particular item but have used the others in the set. I purchased this to complete my set. Follow the instructions as far as temperatures to use with pans and cleaning instruction. I love these pans!!
I love my new deep pan. I just wish it had a glass lid.
I like the size because the pan has 2 handles instead a skillet design with a long handle, so much easier to move around as I have arthritis. I also love it's even heating.
This is a replacement for one that I have had for a few years. The bottom of the pan bent downwards. I contacted the company to find out if it can be repaired. They replaced the pan. Best customer service. I love the versility of the pan.
Cuisinart is my favourite brand. I have almost all my kitchen pans from cuisinart. Easy to clean, easy to take care of and always look forward to cook in it. Always buy from Walmart because best price ,, Walmart to go!!
Bought this pan set two months ago and I really enjoy the size and the versatility going from stove to oven. Even heat distribution using a ceramic top...Great purchase!
Seems to cook evenly. Very heavy, good quality. Still does not clean easily. I always have spots.
