Excellent waffle maker. Every waffle comes out exactly the same ever time, nice a crispy. We use food processor to grind fruit ( blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter with bananas, etc.) and put it in batter, they come out wonderful every time. Happy Purchase!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! If you love waffles you will love this waffle maker. It has different settings so you can make your waffle as soft or crisp as you like. I had mine semi crisp and my son really crisp. It has a couple of recipes in the booklet that comes with the waffle maker. It is fun for e everyome.
It's not too often I make room for a small kitchen appliance on my countertop, but I find I'm using the Belgium Waffle Maker at least once a week! I've only used two of the recipes from the included owners manual, but they've been really good. After a few attempts, I've learned to make waffles to my family's liking, which is crunchy in the outside and fluffy on the inside. It only requires brushing on an extra light coating of oil (I use avocado oil) for each waffle and setting the dial to 4. The waffles are pretty evenly cooked and taste delicious and cleanup is a breeze. I happy with my purchase, and for the price point, I highly recommend this waffle maker.
I love this waffle maker. It is so easy and convenient to use. It cooks waffles quickly and effortlessly and when I'm done, I can just easily wipe the maker clean without having to scrub it all down. Everything wipes off easily. It makes nice and fluffy waffles.
This waffle maker enables me to make authentic Belgian waffles -- just like the ones we had in Belgium. Easy to make, these waffles are crispy, light and delicious, especially with our favorite toppings.
Easy to use and clean. There are great recipes in the book they provide. Golden crispy outside and light and fluffy inside.
I love my Cuisinart round flip Belgian style waffle maker: WAF – F 30, Because it is just much better than any other brand of waffle maker add on the market today, for the following three reasons! The first of that which, is I'd like the fact it has a drip tray underneath to catch excessive batter, Second, because it has a measuring cup, to measure exactly one cup of batter for each, and every waffle and that third, it's just exactly like the round flip Belgian style wafflemakers used in many different hotels that where a continental breakfast is served to guests, but that this design is just more compact now, because I am blind, I can only see dark and light. And so I thought I would be able to see both the power light and the ready indicator light on top. But then, unfortunately, I cannot. And so I find an accessibility issue. this does not have an audible signal to tell me that when the unit is heated up and it does not have an audible signal to tell me when my waffles are ready to be served just like it's sister unit the WF – F 40. The other Accessibility issue, is with regards to the dial for the browning control, from Settings one to five. There should be an audible clicking sound to tell you whether you're at number 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Overall a good purchase. The waffle maker turns out some good waffles in short order. I wish the grates were removable for easier cleaning and I also wish it made an audible tone when your waffle is done. However, neither of those two features exists on this unit. When preparing your waffle you must stand there fixated on the green light at the back otherwise you run the risk of burning it black.
The flipping was very difficult and was probably b/c the two sides did not completely close. When I called the Cuisinart # I was told I could take it back to the store where I purchased it, but I did not keep my receipt. The agent said to try cooking with it again, and if it still doesn't turn (flip) easily, I can call back to get a way to return it and get a refund.
The Belgian waffle maker arrived covered in dried waffle batter. I purchased it from Kohl's and they would not exchange it since they didn't carry it in store, only online. I tried cleaning the waffle maker, but I think it may be damaged because the indicator light says it's done when the waffle is still liquid, even on the highest setting.
