I have used this steamer atleast once a week since purchasing. It cook everything perfectly. It has been nice cutting out alot of oil in my cooking.
I've had a few steamers over the last few years. This is by far my favorite. A little heavy to put away after cleanup but very good quality. Very consistent steam.
The Cuisinart is very easy to use and clean. I could steam my eggs while I am taking shower, because the steam while automatic shut off once done.
Easy and quick to use .Delicious meals .My family eats now more vegetables ,which has more vitamins than boiling .Good size glass bowl.I loved !!!!
Solid and well built. A big step up from my previous plastic steamer. One thing I wish it had would be a flat tray without holes to make rice noodles. Very pleased with this.

I'm very happy to find this glass steamer. Worked great so far. Very easy to operate. If it has 2 layers, that would be wonderful.
The Cuisinart CookFresh™ Digital Glass Steamer is amazing. My old Oster steamer would leak water all over my counter. The Cuisinart CookFresh™ Digital Glass Steamer is sturdy, classy looking, has a separate water canister, and glass cookware. It steamed my rainbow carrots to my desired "crunch". We have steamed asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, carrots, and peppers. Each vegetable was delicious and there was no water leakage on my counter.
If you are looking for a well made premium steamer, this is it. I have used it for vegetables and rice and to steam fresh US Gulf Coast shrimp
I use a steamer 2x a day and I keep having to buy a new one frequently because the plastic cracks. That's why I purchased this glass bowl in hopes it would last for a very long time. It does leak water on counter top which can be wiped up but just a pain. It is a lot bulkier and heavier than expected. I don't have space to keep on counter top so I have to store in cupboard. It takes a lot of distilled water for one use which I have to throw out what isn't used each day because it says not to store with water in tank. It cooks veggies and food very well. However less time than indicated on included recipe book. I do like the way it steams my food I wish it was smaller and easier to handle.
