I have had no problems, water tastes great using the pitcher. The price was les than most filtration systems and worth the money.
Soaked water picture filter as requested for 15-20 minutes. When I took out of water all this black water came out the bottom into sink. Soaked it again, same thing.This is where clean water is suppose to come out once placed in picture. Is this black stuff going into the water safe?
