it's good qualify and it works. keeps gutts healthy.
I've taken Culterelle for years. It really helps my stomach & helps keep me regular. When I don't take it I can really tell the difference. I try not to run out.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any improvement. I do see a huge improvement with naturally fermented sauerkraut and some of the liquid, refrigerated probiotic products. I think the probiotic bacteria is too sensitive not to be refrigerated.
I ordered this item and it eas supposed to be delivered October 23. Called in to customer service to tell them it wasn't. Asked if I wanted a refund or the item resent. I requested it to be resent and was told someone would contact me within a couple of days to resend it. No one has. Called back in today for a refund and was told it was being processed and I have not received an email stating that. It is hard for me to explain myself to an agent that do not understand me due to them not speaking proper English.
