It wasn't until I turned 50 this year that I started to notice digestive issues and to be quite honest with you, I am more concerned with preventative care than I am with trying to fix an issue once it happens. That being said, I have now been taking Culturelle for well over 2 weeks now and I have really noticed a big difference in my overall digestive health, in fact it has got me back on a regular schedule. The capsules are small enough to take easily and I haven't experienced any bloating or gas like I had been previously and road trips are back to being enjoyable. Im so happy my eldery Mother's internest suggested she take one of the Digestive Health probiotics each day, to assist in preventing relapses of C-Diff disease. I too am now usingvthe same product due to having to use a broad-base antibiotic for two weeks. I was able to to purchase a year supply for my Mother using the manufacturer15% discount I received for sharing my email address with Culturelle its website. Too bad my Mother and I live over a thousand miles apart--I paid a lot more for my box at a local store.
I have been taking these for months and has really helped keep my gut healthy as well as digestion. Does not upset stomach. I used these during antibiotic use as well and has helped keep side effects of antibiotics at bay.
I was having severe lower abdominal pain and low grade temperature for a week. This had been occurring about every other month for 3 years. I finally got a diagnosis of diverticulitis. I was put on culturelle probiotics. I tried to stop taking them after a year and within 10 days I was back in the doctor's office. I now take one every other day and have never had another episode for 5 years.
I have several digestive problems so I'm always looking good a good probiotic to help me. Culturelle Digestive Health has allowed me to enjoy dairy, spicy foods and a few other things that bother my system again! The bloating, gas, and daily discomfort has decreased immensely. The capsule goes down easily, so there isn't a bad after taste or anything like I have experienced with some other products. So I would just stop using them whether they were helping or not. This was not the case with Culturelle Probiotic Digeative Health. I have recommended it to everyone I know that has stomach or digestion issues. I will definitely continue using it in the future!!! I have suffered for months with digestive issues. I started taking one pill in the morning of the Culturelle and it helped. So I added another one at night. After months of issues I can finally say that I am doing good. Thanks to Culturelle.
These are just what my body needed. I'd tried many different brands of similar products with little/no results. I was happy to receive a free sample of this product, took the probiotic daily, and within two days saw a reduction in bloating. These work so well!
Ordered bc antibiotics tore up the tummy of a family member. We saw no change taking twice the dose as suggested. Even 10 days after the abx were ceased it was a hurricane in the GI system. Im just not impressed.
Culturelle is a good product. The condition of the product upon arrival not so much. The outer packaging was fine, but the box with the product was opened.
This seemed to help with bloating, but caused urinary discomfort. I'm a post-menopausal woman. I think I should have purchased a different formula? However, it's all so confusing - with so many different strains of bacteria. Since I stopped, the bladder issues have resolved.
