I started taking Culturelle Digestive Health Probiotics with little expectations that it would help. I was very surprised and happy that I was wrong. After taking the easy to swallow capsules for 4 days I noticed a HUGE difference. I'm going less often and the diarrhea is gone. After a week of taking the probiotic I accidentally missed taking it and the next day my tummy troubles reminded me I forgot. I'm back on schedule now and will continue to stay on schedule keeping my tummy troubles a thing of the past. Thank you!!

That being said, I have now been taking Culturelle for well over 2 weeks now and I have really noticed a big difference in my overall digestive health, in fact it has got me back on a regular schedule. The capsules are small enough to take easily and I haven't experienced any bloating or gas like I had been previously and road trips are back to being enjoyable. Culturells is going to be a permanent addition to my daily supplement regimen.

Since changing my diet and working out, I'm always looking for ways to be healthier. I've been using another probiotic for some time now that adds to my caloric intake. While it works ok, it doesn't fit my lifestyle like Culturelle. I can take this in the morning and not worry about it again. It's simple to use and there's no struggle with added calories...like my previous probiotic. I will be purchasing this when my sample runs out!

Culturelle Digestive Health has allowed me to enjoy dairy, spicy foods and a few other things that bother my system again! The bloating, gas, and daily discomfort has decreased immensely. The capsule goes down easily, so there isn't a bad after taste or anything like I have experienced with some other products. So I would just stop using them whether they were helping or not. This was not the case with Culturelle Probiotic Digeative Health. I have recommended it to everyone I know that has stomach or digestion issues. I will definitely continue using it in the future!!!
