It wasn't until I turned 50 this year that I started to notice digestive issues and to be quite honest with you, I am more concerned with preventative care than I am with trying to fix an issue once it happens. That being said, I have now been taking Culturelle for well over 2 weeks now and I have really noticed a big difference in my overall digestive health, in fact it has got me back on a regular schedule. Hey this stuff is great it keeps my belly feeling calm and relaxed… it takes away bloating and gas …. Hey it works great for me … also my Dr asked me to use this Probiotic every day and I do …. Try for yourself….
I have a beef allergy? took me forever to get the association since it took a couple days before I had the symptoms. taking these regularly. With meals and with an Enzyme and a multi that also has probiotics I seem to have overcome the worst of it. Totally worth it to be able to eat steak again.
It is amazing. No more gas bombs, or being backed up after being sick for a week. My co-workers recommended I take it for improving gut flora and digestion. Win Win
I have several digestive problems so I'm always looking good a good probiotic to help me. Culturelle Digestive Health has allowed me to enjoy dairy, spicy foods and a few other things that bother my system again! The bloating, gas, and daily discomfort has decreased immensely. The capsule goes down easily, so there isn't a bad after taste or anything like I have experienced with some other products. So I would just stop using them whether they were helping or not. This was not the case with Culturelle Probiotic Digeative Health. I have recommended it to everyone I know that has stomach or digestion issues. I will definitely continue using it in the future!!! After sharing with a friend that I was experiencing an intestinal problem, it was suggested that I would likely benefit from the use of a probiotic. I looked at several at WalMart and chose to use Culturelle. Finding it to solve my problem, I found the better price at Sam's Club and have been purchasing it at my SAM's Cub every since.
I started taking 1 capsule at bedtime in early 2020 during the pandemic when I learned how effective probiotics are in improving immune response in the gut. Needless to say, with utilizing recommended protection from infection and taking Culturelle regularly, I have managed to stay healthy throughout the last 4 years. I have not even had a common cold. I can't claim it to be a cure but I generally get a cold every Spring and have not experienced one since beginning my regimen. I have also noticed less digestive problems with some of my daily medications that bothered me in the past.
I've found this helpful for help with minor digestive issues and gut health. I did not like the bluster pack. Would have preferred having them in a bottle as I prepare my supplements 3 weeks at a time, not daily.
My package was destroyed when i received it! Culturelle is Awesome!
