My son loves to take these. He calls them his purple pill. He is growing and going through various stages of eating. This is, of course, causing problems with his digestive system. I have noticed a change since he began taking these. Nothing harsh, which is the opposite of what I want. He doesn't complain about his tummy as much, and his potty issues are not as extreme as they used to be. I am very impressed with the ingredients and that each pill is sealed in a foil pack. Its Winter now and keeping my kids healthy is top priority. It can be difficult to get my kids to take vitamins mostly because they don't like the taste or texture. I can mix up a packet of the Culturelle kids in with their favorite juice and they drink it right up. It keeps the tummy aches away and we have far less digestive problems. I had three of my kiddo's ranging in age from two 15's to one 9 year old. I am pretty lucky that they aren't very picky and they'll try anything at least once. So the two older ones ( boy / girl ) did not like the taste. The boy has occasional belly problems but he said it was worth not taking these Chewables on a daily basis because of the chalky taste and gritty texture. My girl just said uck, no, nope so I can't really give her point of view. The youngest boy tried it, made a screwy face, gave me a half thumbs up with a shoulder shrug. He verbally said it was okay but it had a weird taste and the texture was different. I did give the Chewable to him for a few weeks and he said that it was easier to poo and less belly aches.
