I've tried several probiotics over the years and this one is by far the best. I've bought cheap and expensive brands and this one falls kinda in between pricing (about a dollar a capsule). I've been using this brand for about 7 months now and I am regular and no longer constipated or bloated. My vaginal ph is perfect and I have not had a yeast infection since I started using this brand. I highly recommend but as with any supplement, give it time to work. I really noticed the difference about 3 weeks in and I have taken one every morning since.
My gut health has not been good for years. My gastro has told me for years that I need to be on a probiotic. I have tried several brands and each one made me nauseated and bloated. Plain and simple I was done trying. I saw an ad for Culturelle. I passed by it several times but something kept telling me to order. I did. Life changing!!!! My gut felt great and still does. Finally I feel good and have my life back. I highly recommend this product. And no refrigeration needed!!!

Awesome feature is I don't notice any bad side effects when taking even though it tells you on the side of box you may experience some bloating and gas at first. Has everything I need. I feel more healthy and have some extra energy. It feels great to be regular!
Delivered with no safety seal on the bottle, no moisture pack inside the bottle, no informational paper in the box and there is 31 capsules instead of 30. Very disappointed.
