I like California Gold Nutrition brand and their Curcumin. It helps a lot for my swallowed and painful joints, during cold season and for my skin problems caused by the food intolerance. The price is good for this high quality product. The dose is good and the capsules are easy to swallow. It has some many benefits. For the better absorption I eat it with a fatty food.
I take Turmeric Curcumin for my joints as I have some pain in my elbows and knees. The pain is almost all gone, most of the time. I believe this product helped. I also like the formulation with addition of black cumin seed oil and ginger. No side effects. I had my husband take it too and it has helped him with his joints discomfort as well. Reasonably priced and perform just as well as higher priced brands.

I came across this supplement while I was shopping for something else. I have been having pain on my hand joints which feel like arthritis. I bought this supplement hoping it might help alleviate the pain and I feel like my hands are getting better. The capsules are quite big and could be hard for some to swallow but for the price I think it's a good product.
California Gold seems to produce mediocre supplements. I've tried several of their products over time and have not been happy with the quality. Anyway, wanted to get a turmeric supplement so decided to try this one out. The added black cumin, ginger and other stuff makes my body very hot and uncomfortable. It's especially impossible to fall asleep if I take this at night. Haven't noticed any health benefits either.
