Loved the mug, picture is bright and clear. Packed in a foam protective box. If you are adding words, make sure they fit I was not aware the bottom line (month and year) would be too close to the bottom of mug, partially cut off.
We absolutely love our photo mugs. We got one for each child so they have personalized memories of our vacations and favorite times. Also, I know who left their cup out. 😏 We do hand wash even though it's dishwasher safe. I don't want them to get bumped around. For our larger ones, I made my own designs on Canva and used the upload your own option.
I was surprised at the outcome… spent many hours to find a reasonable price to design my photo mug, and the outcome was worth it! This company is a winner, low price with quality results! Our loving photo mug was just right! Thanks!

Very pretty cup. I ordered 4 different ones that were perfect except this one. It has a white scratch on my black cat's foot. A shame that that happened to it. The picture is beautiful. I don't want to take it back because of that hassle of it. So I'm keeping it.
1 of the photos looks a little cracked. But other than that I love it
Printed the mug completely incorrectly. The design is half off of the mug. Is there no quality control??
I reordered some mugs that I have purchased before. No quality control. It looks like their printer had run out of ink. Unacceptable! Trying to contact seller and get this fixed but it's like pulling teeth.
in october i ordered this as a christmas gift for a friend. by early December it still hadn't shipped, so i spent hours with customer service to find out there was an issue with my card so they just didnt tell me and decided not to ship it, so i re-ordered it. It said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. It is now March, and i just now received it and am not even close with that friend anymore so i am stuck with a travis scott meal mug. Its also formatted differently than shown on my order. Thanks walmart :,)
I ordered a customized mug as a Christmas present, but I received someone else's Christmas mug instead!!!
