I liked that it was bigger than my last one and the batteries are replaceable. Just wish there was a light or meter to tell you to replace the batteries. But it is more than adequate for my needs. I like it.
This backup battery has an LED feature that lets you know how much time you have left on your battery, your current load, and percentage charged.
Easy access to plugs. Can be placed in tighter spaces than the larger design. AVR and line-interactive are excellent for cleaner, continous power.

Great life of the battery
Works good. People should know that the voltage lights only come on when you first turn it on, or when the power goes out.
I love the protection I get from this UPS. I don't have to worry about my equipment getting fried in an electrical event.
It was just what I wanted. Perfect size but large capacity that I needed for my office equipment.
Amazed at how easy it was to hook up and understand directions.
