I bought this refrigerator to have as an outdoor/back porch refrigerator. It's amazing how much this little refrigerator can hold in the way of refreshments. Sodas, beer, wine bottles can all be placed into this refrigerator for easy access for those outdoor parties.
After reading the reviews, I was worried that the fridge would not keep the temperature in the heat. Although I have only owned the item for about a week, I'm happy to say that it has kept a steady 40 deg temp through 90 degree days and in the 50s at night, tested with a remote thermometer. The fridge arrived on time and although there was very minimal damage on one of the corners, it arrived intact. The door is easy to swap to open on the opposite side and runs quietly. The inside is spacious and logically laid out, and the LED light is fantastic. Walmart has the lowest price that I could find on the web for an outdoor refrigerator. I am happy with the purchase.
Zoro came thru when I needed them as the first fridge was damaged and had a house full of family coming. Customer service was A+ product worked well and looks great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought this mini fridge for my outside lani. It is working great so far, no moisture inside like my previous fridge. I contacted customer service regarding a broken crisper and was very happy with their quick reply and quick shipping of replacement.
I bought this as a replacement for the refrigerator that was installed with the pergola next to our pool. The previous unit (also by Danby), which was not outdoor rated, lasted eight years before it rusted out (the door literally fell off, but the compressor was still cooling!). The two units are exactly the same dimensions, minus the wheels. My son and I were able to remove the flashing under the bar so that we could slide the unit under the bar with the wheels still on (the previous unit was sitting on the short feet, which contributed to the rust problem). I filled the refrigerator with canned drinks two days ago, we had a party yesterday and the drinks were at 43 deg. F. So far, so good!
Unit was dented on one side, likely occurred during shipping. Receipt acceptable because dent does not show because of where we located the unit and its still functioning.
It's probably too soon to make comments, but the fridge looks nice. It's much cheaper than a lot of other outdoor fridges.
Bought my 1st refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. Damaged upon delivery. Shipping packaging looked fine. Dented
Lets start with the Door fell off when I opened it . Dent on the side. Plastic tray cracked. Most of the screws were stripped so they cant be tightened. The door hinge cover was cracked and screw that holds it on stripped. Biggest $550 piece of junk Ive ever ordered. Yeh the refrigerator may look nice and cool my beer but Ive never unboxed a something with as many defects as this. If it didnt cost so much Id throw it off my pier and make a fishing reef from it.
