This spackle with color indicator saved me a lot of money when serviceme n dented my wall in a few places. I knew when it was dry to work on it until it was finished, it sanded smoothly and you hardly see where the dents were - and professionals wanted to charge me $150!

This is much cheaper at Walmart than it is at Lowe's. I like this because it's a pink color and doesn't turn white until it's dry. When it turns white, then you know it's time to sand and paint.
Works perfectly ! I had to use it for a couple big holes in the wall in my new home and I just patched it up waited for it to dry and painted over it and boom the hole was never there !

If you need to fix a crack in your home anywhere this DAP is a great product. It goes on pink and is white when it dries. you can buy it white if you prefer to avoid the pink.
Goes on pink, dries white. Doesn't crack much with super thick applications like holes in drywall. Dries hard but is easily sanded smooth with just a damp sponge or cloth, no mess dusty mess. Pictured is a site where there was a 1-1/2” hole In drywall from towel rack getting torn off wall by kids.
This is a handy product if you want to see where your sparkling is covering on white surfaces. This particular tub was starting to get dry and had to add water to it in order for it to spread and stick correctly. Have had a rash of difficulties lately and customer service has been great! I just didn't have time to deal with an exchange in this case.
The container got a project that I was going to work with kids on at a behavioral health facility. I was living. I could not use the container, because the container was delivered with a pre-existing hole in the side of the container near the lid. Much of the top was dried out. I had to remove and throw out the top layer, but because of the damage to the container it wasn't sealed properly and when I went to use it the next day, I had to waste another top layer.
Product arrived cracked with box really damaged, and product dried out :/
