One one word - amazing! Amazing in the best way possible! So easy to arrange the appointment. I called because I needed several computer/printer services. John R. set up my new computer, streamlined our home wi- fi & got out printer running again. Plus gave us helpful instructions all along the way. We are so impressed with John R. And HelloTech. Highly and with confidence recommend.
I'm thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Keith. He was extremely knowledgeable and did over and above what I expected from your company. The plan I signed up for has 3 personal "home" visits included ... I would hope that the next problem I encounter within the year Keith will definitely be sent back to help me. Could you please put that request on my record? I definitely would want Keith to return to fix any computer problem that may arise.
Once a tech was scheduled things went smoothly. Dan called ahead of his scheduled time to check my availability. He was friendly and very proficient. He did things I asked about that other techs told me might not be possible. What he did was very important to me because the computer belonged to my wife who died unexpectedly a few months ago. She had a lot of business and family pictures along with saved passwords. Dan was able to do in an what other techs told me couldn't be done. Great Job! Dan
Matt was very personable & knowledgeable. I want stuff to be explained to me to increase my knowledge & comfortableness with newer tech. I liked it that he called me ahead of time to confirm exactly what I needed help with and called me to let me know he was on his way.
Sean was hugely knowledgable, patient with my low level of comprehension as well as careful to explain, he was thorough and conservative in his approach to the problems, and effective in finding the right solutions for me. Any of your clients would be enormously lucky to have him on the job. Thank you.
FIVE STARS AND MORE!!! Michael Wood, our tech, was the absolute BEST!! He was so courteous, kind & really listened to our concerns. He is EXTREMELY brilliant, yet never talks "down" to you, with all the "techy" talk, like so many others do in his field. Wish I could give him 100+ stars!!!
My tech, Kyle, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I feel like I can move forward and do some things with my computer that I was unable to do previously. I am very happy that my pictures "survived" the transfer. I had my tech's number as he called when he was running a bit late....I did use it after he left to ask a quick question I needed clarified....
I didn't hear from my tech until he was in my driveway, so I had no way of contacting him. He arrived with his son, they were both very nice. I felt like I was keeping them from going home. The files that needed transferring were large and I felt like they wanted to leave. I am now finishing up working on my computer myself. The main reason I wanted help is because I don't have the time to do it myself. We have sick parents and have no time to do anything. I have sold my old computer and was hoping to have someone come over transfer all of my old docs and help me make sure the computer was clean and ready to sell and have my new one up and running with all of my information. I also wanted to ask him to help us hook up the printer on my new computer but I felt like he wanted to go so we will figure this out ourselves.
Yes - but not as experienced as he needed to be. I understand that your system does not do a good job of clearly acknowledging the details of the work required. So techs don't know what they are walking into. He spent 3 hours at my house and eventually fixed it - but should have been pre-notified better by your company about what was needed instead of some general tick box.
He was able to transfer the files from old to new computer by removing hard drive of old computer. This did not, however, transfer any email folders. The first of the three techs tried to transfer files through the One Drive Cloud. the third tech was unable to stop this process which has left my wifi moving at a glacial speed. I even obtained a new wifi modem and have seen no improvement. At this point, the download from One Drive is still in progress and I assume this is what has slowed even the new modem to almost a halt, and I have no email folders. This debacle has been going on since Dec. 7!
