Love the grey. Easy to assemble. Sturdy and easy to adjust the crib height. We haven't had to convert to the toddler bed yet, but we have the conversion kit ready to go. While we didn't need to contact customer service for this item, we did for the matching dresser. They were friendly and quick to resolve our issue.
Great price, sturdy and love the design of it. I've had to stand in it to hang decorations and my 12 year old cuddles in there with our 1 yr old, very sturdy!!
Crib is a nice wood quality, looks beautiful
Love it! Fast, easy delivery. Beautiful crib and all ready for my son due in November! Only downside is it took a while to put together. Some of the holes in the wood didn't line up properly and took some work to get it all together.
Although darker then what I expected...it is a beautiful and sturdy crib. I put this together at 22 weeks pregnant by myself so easy set up indeed!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is there were some rough edges I had to sand down and there was also a few dents and one really deep dent. However, the dark color hides it well and no one seems to notice but me. For the price its to be expected i guess. Overall....Very sturdy...beautiful...and easy set up...I would recommend for those wanting the otherwise $400 dollar look for half the price!
This crib is a great value, especially since the mattress came with it. But the directions are pretty horrible. Other than the setup being a hassle, the crib is very pretty and nothing was scratched up or missing when it was shipped.
I purchased this crib because they were donating all proceeds to childrens hospital Los Angeles for March 2022. It's a two person job to install the crib. My husband ended up spending a bit more time installing it himself. There's scuffing/scratches on a few pieces out of the box, which was disappointing. Will reach out to see if they want to send me replacement pieces, it's kind of a hassle to return. Otherwise seems good so far. Hope it's easy to convert to toddler bed.
Two times I was shipped a broken crib.
When I opened the box the wood was compressed at two places. It's is not that sturdy as well. I was gonna return it, but I don't want to lift it, put it in the car, and return it. That's too much hassle.
It came damaged so was not too impressed. It also had a couple rough/sharp spots in the wood.
