I am 8 months pregnant and I was able to put this together with no help. Parts are not marked which makes it a little hard but once you get going you figure out what goes were. It seems to be something that will hold up well but as we all know time will tell. I have to say it's just beautiful!
well worth the money! it looks great, it's very sturdy and it wasn't too terrible to put together :)
Now that it is finally put together, I really like it. It is a nice size and the drawers hold a lot. It is sturdy and looks nice. The changing area is a good size also. On the downside, we were also missing pieces, and had to wait a little over a week to get them from the manufacturer. I found the assembly instructions a little unclear, in the end they were okay, but just required a little extra attention. I would recommend it, but just be prepared that you may be missing parts also and look over the assembly instructions carefully.
I was really hoping to find a changing dresser that had a removable changing area so it could function as a regular dresser later on. This will do though. Was easy for two to assemble fairly quickly. Good value compared to others.
Received this in a timely manner via site to store (free shipping!). Easy instructions. VERY sturdy. Color is true to picture so it will match any honey- colored nursery. Matched our crib and glider from another company perfectly. Very nice looking as well. The strap is a little silly as I don't think it would be safe to leave a child unattended no matter how sturdy the changing table. Also, the wood is soft so expect easy scratches and dents which will probably be noticed by only the owner. Really, how many changing tables do you actually remember in your lifetime? Walmart did a great job with this product.
i chose this product because so many other baby changing tables/dressers received horrible reviews, especially the ones in this price range ($100-$250). this dresser did not have ANY reviews, so i took a chance. here's the breakdown: 1. i was very satisfied with the color and design. the drawers are big, the changing table fits a normal changing pad, overall it looks very attractive. 2. my father assembled the parts in about 2 hours, the instructions were not too difficult to follow. **note: account for ALL the parts and pieces before assembly! see #3. 3. THERE WERE MISSING PARTS. this was the downside-- i had to call walmart, who called the manufacturer and ordered the exact pieces i needed. i asked for it to be "rushed".. and received it in a little over a week later. 4. the dresser was finally put together and is a very nice addition to our nursery. however, don't expect a high-quality piece of furniture. the dresser drawers are pretty lightweight. BOTTOM LINE: you can take your chances with this one.. aside from the missing pieces, i am satisfied for the price i paid for it and the overall appearance.
