So I love this soap. Works great on dishes, obviously. I let it sit on the pan for a while when I know it has a lot of grease and for the clothes I pour some into the washer and it washes away the grease or stains it has

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Dawn! I'm 67 and still am hand washing dishes. I've used many different dish soaps over the years, and Dawn is the best. From dishes to laundry and greasy garage floors Dawn is my go-to. I am impressed with how the bleach alternative works on getting the coffee stains out of my coffee mugs. I'm not able to find the bleach alternative Dawn in my local grocery stores, so I'm wondering which retailers I can shop at in order to get it. Help!
Nothing compares to this soap. It makes washing dishes so easy! It doesn't dry my hands out and smells good too. My hubby especially loves it for washing his hands after working.
I have sensitive skin and senses so I had to be careful what I use. I was always afraid that Dawn was too strong. I used it today to remove baked on bacon grease off two pans and it worked great! Also bonus!! it did not irritate my skin or my nose!!
I have been purchasing this product and it is the best for e clothes, cleaning and dishwashing, I can't see using anything else.
An Engineer's Note; My sons just graduated this past weekend, both from the School of Engineering. I came to visit them, and to assist them organizing the apartment prior to the lease end, and there is some work to be done, however I notice this one thing that was spotless. All dishes were well cleaned and organize and they were completely grease-free. Guess what dish detergent was under the sink? Yes, Dawn. It is an Engineering tradition. Just wanted to share. It is really a great product.
I found this bleach alternative does not wash away the grease. I usually buy Dawn 4X but it wasn't on the shelf so I bought this one instead. It doesn't cut the grease so I won't buy this again.
This Dawn Platinum Bleach Alternative, Morning Mist scent is terrible. Too thin and watered down, does not clean effectively, bottle too slick when wet so it's hard to hold on to, flip-top cap pops open when you don't want it to (like when the bottle tips over).
My mom used this product and we started noticing bleach stains on shirts and pants. Well, I helped them out with dishes today , and looked down at my wet shirt. Now I know where the clothes ruining agent is coming from. Not cool.
