Daytime HPA was recommended to me by a naturopath for adrenal support. It's one of the most helpful products I've ever used in terms of helping my energy level. If there's one thing I won't do without, it's this.

Started taking this a month or so ago. Could not be more pleased. After years of increasing stress leading to panic attacks, this has gently calmed me down. I also have not slept well for years, and am now beginning to sleep through the night. Even if I do wake up, my mind is quiet, and my heart palpitations are almost gone.
I have Chronic Lyme Disease and I use for a very elevated cortisol level. I swear by it daily. It has reduced it significantly. Highly recommend!
I compared ingredients and this is the exact same product as the Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health Daily Support. So I'll get whatever is cheaper at the time, as they fluctuate. I have adrenal issues (caused by high stress) and I take this EVERY morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It has helped my hair thinning (I'm losing less hair now and see some regrowth), and finally I'm not stressing about losing my hair! Highly recommended. I've been taking since Feb 2022 and haven't stopped since.

To be completely honest, I rarely review. But this product commands it. I use one capsule instead of two most of the time and it's still very effective. There is a calming (yet energising) quality to this product that is great for those who can feel depleted easily. Highly recommend this is you get mild levels of tension or anxiousness. This product can lift you out of that feeling and as such is great throughout a demanding day at work or when concentration is critical. Have been using this product for 3-4 years with great effect but I like to have days where I don't rely on it and I monitor my intake responsibly. Do the research on what part of the body it works on. Really interesting. Try it, you wont look back. Go well.
