I bought this product because my usual Vitamin D was out of stock. What a lucky break for me. I feel better since I started taking this supplement in Mind %26 Body. This is natural no additional additives. I can't say enough about this and highly recommend.
It is so easy just a drop can but it in your drink or just on a spoon an one drop at a time comes out of bottle.

Cant tell if it works or not. I take one drop daily, is that the correct dosage?
There is no dropper in the lid. You have to shake the bottle to get the oil out and it goes all over if you aren't careful.
