I purchased this as an impulse buy to place in my pea graveled zen garden in my back yard. It was SUPER EASY to put together! Only 4 screws, then connect to base with 4 screws, and VIOLA! ITS DONE! There was one screw hole that didnt match up and that was slighly frustrating, but I left that shcrew out. This didnt change the stability of the pit. My new garden is still underway, but this added to it nicely! I would recommend this, espeically if you're not sure if you want a pit or not. My only concern (when I use it), since I havent yet, is that the handle on the top of the screen will become very hot to touch. There is a nice firewood "Hook" that comes with this piece that could be used for removal of the screen. the vinal cover is a bonus!
Very happy about this..bigger than I thought, easy to assemble..many happy nights by the fire!!! OH, and great for smores too!!! comes with a cover and a poker..everything you need..light weight and easy to pickup and move to wherever you need it to go...Great for those nights with friends over and out relaxing by the fire!
My family is a tight-knit extended family and we love to get together around the campfire on the weekends, to watch the stars and count the planes that go overhead. This firepit is great as it does not take up a huge amount of room, yet it is still big enough that the kids know where it is. Cover is a little on the thin side (ripped within the first week) and the base doesn't fit together quite tight together (seams don't quite match up), but overall it is a wonderful product that is easy to put together...
WE REALLY ENJOYED THIS IT HAS BEEN A JOY TO HAVE. THE BOWL IS A BIT HIGHER THAN MOST SO THE KIDS NOTICE IT AND DON'T HIT INTO IT. IT ALSO TAKES UP LESS ROOM BECAUSE IT IS HIGHER AND LESS WIDE. WE KEEP A BOWL OF WATER IN THE BASE, IT DOES DROP EMBERS INTO THE BASE. THE COVER IS GREAT ALSO.
Beautiful and functional,my whole family enjoys it,especially my son who loves to roast marshmellows.I only had this fire bowl for about 2 weeks and so far no problems .I love the cover and the tool it comes with it.
We had just purchased the fire bowl and it was great! Assembly was very easy (it only took about 15 minutes!) It was very windy the first night we used it, but we were still able to enjoy it! I had checked out other products, but this one had the cover and poker included with a great price!
This was perfect for my small patio. So I instantly loved it. Its very sturdy construction, extremley easy to put together. Comes with a cover to prevent damage. It is a beautiful bowl, very elegant, but practical. Has holes in the bottom for drainage. It's well worth the 60$ I paid for it, and I just love it !
We purchased this product about 2 weeks ago and we love it. It was super easy to assemble and was ready for use within about 15 mins. Its nice to sit around this fire pit on a nice summers night and just reflect on the day. We are very happy with this purchase.
This firepit was easy to put together and doesn't take up a lot of space. It's also great looking and easy to clean. We've used it several times and really enjoy it. The only problem is that the ventilation holes at the bottom of the bowl have allowed ash to sprinkle onto the deck a few times. We ended up putting a coffee can under the bowl to prevent scorch marks.
We purchased this product for the 4th of July week-end. Upon setting it up that morning we found that no hardware, such as scews or handle for the lid were included. We were able to substitute the scews but were unabe to use the lid that night. Had been purchased in Iowa City, which is 170 miles away, so unable to return. Check box before purchasing!!!!!!!!!!
